This shape and model is suited for beginners and first time user of all genders over 11 years old. It's great for people who wish to improve their BALANCE, COORDINATION, REFLEXES and MOTOR SKILLS in a fun and unique way. It doesn't take a lot of space and can be used in many different ways.

It's a great way to stay active while in one single place (ex: Living room, office / standing desk, gym, etc).
