More often than not, these people, the ones I call the real deal, have a special vibe. You know, the kind of vibe that makes you want to learn more about them and their project? Well, when I met Nicolas Loiselle, founder of Montréal B-Board, that's exactly what happened!
What exactly is his project, Sharing is Caring?
During his stay in Costa Rica, Nicolas witnessed the sad reality of the status of women in Latin America. While countries like Costa Rica are trying, albeit unsuccessfully, to change things, particularly by adhering to international agreements such as the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, it is clear that this gender inequality is deeply rooted in their customs, and has been for generations.
