Balance boards with laser personalization (engraving) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. MONTRÉAL B-BOARD is not responsible if your file does not meet the following specifications:
The approximate dimension of the engraving surface for your image on the board will be approximately 15 cm x 15 cm. This dimension is subject to change depending on the shape of your image. (Ex: Rectangular)
- THE IMAGE FILE must be of good quality (Scale 1:1, 600 DPI) in one of the following file formats: AI, PDF, EPS, SVG (No JPEG or PNG). The image MUST ABSOLUTELY BE BLACK ON A WHITE BACKGROUND, no gray gradients or other colors.
- YOU MUST send us your image to the following address marketing@mtlbboard.com with the email subject: "B-BOARD ENGRAVING (SHAPE OF YOUR BOARD) - YOUR NAME (ORDER NUMBER) - ENGRAVING ORIENTATION (Horizontal = you see your image right-side up between your feet when using the board / Vertical = you see your image when the board is resting vertically on the wall)"
- We do not handle or produce any files.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Ordered products are non-refundable.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours (maximum) following delivery, and we will be happy to issue you a credit toward your next purchase.
