The traction pad is completely optional — your Balance Board works perfectly without it. However, it adds extra grip and style, especially for dynamic or surf-style use.

If you're pairing it with our Balance Board, please note that the added thickness may affect how well it fits into the Floor Rack — it could slightly raise the tail and prevent a perfect fit. But it will fit just fine with the Wall Rack

Also, make sure to select the right pad model for your specific board, as sizing may vary.
